"On March 23rd Life Hikes hosted my Montclair State University undergraduate business class for an abbreviated session of their Own The Room presentation skills program--the same training attended by business leaders and show business professionals. In addition to skills they can use throughout their academic and business careers, they gained perspective for how world class training works. Our facilitators, Elizabeth and Jason made the session both practical and fun. The students loved it. This is the second time Life Hikes has hosted my class, and I look forward to continuing the experience with my future cohorts."

"Teachers are already fine tuned communicators but in these times, we can use all the help we can get to deliver instruction in a meaningful way. The LifeHikes Foundation virtual trainings for Educators offers incredible webinars and training sessions which provide nuanced ways to be effective through Zoom, Google, Facebook, Blue Jeans and other virtual platforms being used by educators. The Live Interactive webinars are paced so that the teachers can try the moves right there and then take it away into our own practice. These suggestions can be applied in any area that you teach…Own the Room has their finger on the pulse of what we teachers need and tailors the learning towards us. A lasting thought, which I learned from the LifeHikes Foundation is: You’re not in the meeting/learning until you talk…it’s our job as educators to engage learners and bring them into the learning day…through the LifeHikes Foundation zoom strategies, we can learn how to ensure that all of our students are “in the meeting."​

"We have been working in partnership with Life Hikes for over a year support Technical Experts in Save the Children to strengthen their skills in communicating with impact. Technical Experts lead the design and quality of our programmes for children across the world – including health & nutrition, education, child protection, child rights, child poverty, etc. This programme has helped them to sharpen their skills in communicating complex content on children’s needs, rights, and solutions in a captivating, engaging and simple way. They are using this in their day to day engagement with communities, donors, colleagues and children themselves. In addition, the training is fun and practical and a great opportunity for our Technical Experts to get to know some of their counterparts globally."

"Working with high school students to improve their public speaking skills can be an extremely challenging endeavor. However, Ms. Carol and Ms. Rana from LifeHikes Foundation made it a pleasurable experience for our high school students in Paterson. Over the past three years, LifeHikes has worked with 30 of our high school students. As a result of Ms. Rana's and Ms. Carol's work, students have improved their public speaking skills, gained more confidence, and are more equipped to advocate for themselves.
